Humans Rights Policy for SEREX Engineering

 

1. Purpose

 

SEREX ENGINEERING is committed to respecting and promoting human rights in all aspects of our operations. This policy outlines our approach to ensuring that our business activities do not infringe on the rights of others and that we actively support human rights in accordance with internationally recognized principles.

 

2. Scope

 

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, business partners, and any third parties acting on behalf of SEREX ENGINEERING, regardless of location.

3. Commitment to International Standards

 

We are guided by and committed to upholding the following international frameworks:

  • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)

  • The International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Core Conventions

  • The United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights

  • The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises

4. Key Human Rights Principles

4.1 Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity

6. Grievance and Reporting Mechanisms

We maintain a confidential grievance mechanism through which employees and stakeholders can report concerns related to human rights violations without fear of retaliation. All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.

 

7. Continuous Improvement

 

We commit to regularly reviewing this policy and updating it as necessary to reflect evolving human rights standards and stakeholder expectations.

 

8. Responsibility and Accountability

 

The leadership of SEREX ENGINEERING is responsible for implementing and overseeing this policy. All employees are expected to understand and comply with it as part of their professional duties.
